Austin RENC Membership Information and Policy

Annual membership allows you free entry to the monthly meetings.  Please note that we typically only have 11 formal meetings.  Most years we skip the December meeting because it’s so close the holidays. 

Annual membership allows you access to the discussion boards and ability to post messages to other members.  The messages are moderated and if the message is not related to central Texas Real Estate, the moderator, at their own discretion, may delete or reject the message and not allow it to go out to the general group.

Our meetings are currently scheduled for the third Thursday of each month starting at 6pm at the Norris Conference Center at 2525 W Anderson Ln in Austin Texas.  We also offer a free “new comer” introduction to real estate investing session from 6pm to 7pm before the meeting. The meeting time and location is subject to change without notice although we expect to give at least 30 days notice in the event we do have a change.

No implied endorsements or warranties of products, persons, literature or ideas presented at any meetings of The Austin RENC by its members, guests or speakers are made by Austin RENC, its officers, directors, employees, agents or contractors.  Any literature which may be distributed during meetings of The Austin RENC have not been reviewed or approved in advance by The Austin RENC.   All Austin RENC members and guests are encouraged to do their own research and due diligence regarding ideas and concepts obtained at Austin RENC meetings.  Consultation with appropriate professional advisors is recommended by Austin RENC prior to the implementation of any ideas or concepts obtained at its meetings.
