will be used to pitch deals to each other within the Austin

Investor Community.


Using the RENC Yahoo Group

1. The board is moderated to ensure that posts are on-topic and appropriate for the group. Posts are usually approved within a few minutes to a couple of hours; approval may take a bit longer on the weekends.

 

2. Since this isn't exactly intuitive, here is an explanation of how the Reply feature works on emails sent through AustinRENC's Yahoo Group.

When you receive an email through our Yahoo group, it gets sent directly from the Yahoo group, not the person posting it.  Think of Yahoo Groups as a person who is forwarding someone else's email to you.
 
That means that clicking the Reply or Reply All button will send an email back to the Yahoo group, not to the originator of the email --- and everyone will get to read it!
 
If you wish to reply only to an individual, you must copy their email address into a new email.
