Our
meetings are held from 7 to 9pm on the 3rd Thursday of the month in the
upstairs meeting room at Ventana del Sol, 1834 E Oltorf.

Austin's Real Estate Networking Club (RENC) is comprised of several hundred of Austin's most experienced real estate investors as well as a constant influx of new investors.
We have formed this group to exchange information, strategies,
case studies, leads, and deals, etc. We are the primary facilitators of
networking within the real estate investing community in the Austin/Central
Texas area.
The club has shown
continued success at connecting buyers and sellers to make real estate deals
happen. We host monthly speakers covering various topics of interest to the
local investing community. We strongly resist presentations geared at selling,
because our
mission is pure networking.
To understand the language of real estate, it helps to network with others who are
fluent. RENC members are a diverse group of aspiring and
accomplished real estate investors of varying age, race, religion, profession and
income level. We hope you'll join us at our next meeting.

We invite you to join us for our next monthly meeting. Our Guest Fee is only $10 and if you decide to join that night, it will be applied towards your Membership.
Membership Dues are only $65 per year and for an additional $20 your partner or
spouse may also join (Corporate Membership). If
you have additional people in your business that would like to attend
meetings, add $15 for each additional member. Renewals are every
January, and we will prorate
your dues based on when you join ($5 off per month, no prorating for
partner/spouse).
